I really enjoyed the InDesign class. It definitely answered the questions that were always in the back of my mind while working on projects, namely: there has to be a better way to do this! It is challenging to find the time during work to investigate these suspicions while deadlines are looming. It’s much better to attend a class where somebody else has already done all the research. It feels as though it was handed to me on a silver platter!

Urszula: I’m very pleased to report that the InDesign and XML training session that we attended last week went very well. It was quickly evident why our team member recommended Urszula so highly: she really knows Adobe products! It was also obvious why our team holds the instructor, Urszula Witherell, with such high regard: Urszula was well prepared for our session, and did a fine job of tailoring the class to our specific needs. The second day of work could be better classified as in-class-consultation than training. With Urszula acting as a facilitator, we applied what we had learned the day before to our online product catalog project, coming away with both a draft version of the template for structuring InDesign data and a draft plan for testing and implementing the system. I think it is safe to say that we all feel that it was very well worth the time and money spent to do this in this manner, as Urszula’s facilitation helped us find more efficient ways of implementing this type of system than we would have on our own. In particular, Urszula helped us resolve the product table issue in a manner that I doubt we would have ever discovered ourselves.
